Refund policy
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any unopened items. Please contact us within this timeframe to initiate your return request.

Return Process
- We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24-48 hours
- Package the item securely and attach our return label
- Ship the package back to us using the provided label
- Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Return Requirements
- Items must be unopened with seal completely intact
- Original packaging required
- Must use our provided return label (items sent to wrong addresses won't be refunded)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us immediately for a free return label and full refund or replacement.
Refused Packages Please accept your package and contact us for returns rather than refusing delivery. Refused packages may get lost in transit, and we cannot refund lost packages.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before shipping. Once shipped, our regular return policy applies.
